It’s going to be a fun evening enjoying some great chicken at Chick-fil-A. We’re so thrilled to have readers that enjoy all the family-friendly fun we share that is taking place in the community. Now its a chance for us as an organization to come together with those who enjoy our website and give back to the community.
Why Winshape Camp? Winshape Camp will be taking place at Severns Valley Baptist Church this summer in Elizabethtown July 1-5, 2013. The week long day camp is for children who have completed grades K-6. Winshape camp is a camp experience that offers kids fun, adventure, lasting friendships and a closer relationship with God. There are dozens and dozens of children right here in Hardin County that can’t afford the opportunity to attend Winshape Camp, and so the purpose of this Elizabethtown Family Spirit Night is to help raise money for scholarships for children that want to go, but can’t afford it. The cost for a child to attend Winshape Camp is $139. That includes their experience at Winshape Camp for 5 days, a free meal from Chick-fil-A on the last day of camp and a t-shirt.
Together we can make a difference in the lives of children that could impact eternity. That’s a vision we at Elizabethtown Family are proud to be connected with this spring!
We Need You! Elizabethtown Family knows that everyone has a busy busy schedule. But we surely hope that you jot this date on your calendar and join us at Chick-fil-A on Thursday, May 2, 2013 between the time of 5pm-8pm to eat some yummy chicken!
Please Bring a Printed Voucher -We’ll have the voucher available very soon. Simply print it out and bring it with you and present it to your cashier. It’s that simple. 20% of all purchases made during our Spirit Night will be donated to Winshape Camp Scholarships.

- FREE hands-on workshops designed for children ages 5 – 12 offered the 1st Saturday of every month at all The Home Depot stores between 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
- Workshops teach children do-it-yourself skills and tool safety along with instilling a sense of pride and accomplishment.
- All kids get to keep their craft and receive a FREE Kids Workshop Apron, commemorative pin and certificate of achievement.
Kids will learn to build their very own while learning do-it-yourself skills and gaining confidence.
